The Account Management Desk offers a single point of contact for clients and provides qualitative account monitoring. Each account manager is versed in our integrated prime brokerage platform (cross margining and consolidated reporting) and has in-depth experience across asset classes and financial instruments. From the outset, the Account Manager is involved in the client relationship. This begins with transition management and the client onboarding process. Our approach results in a strong understanding of the legal structure, instruments and asset classes traded and operational set-up prior to go-live. The Account Manager will liaise with the internal teams and external parties that are involved in the onboarding phase ensuring the process is efficient. On an ongoing basis, the Account Manager will liaise with the teams at the hedge fund manager, administrators, auditors and other relevant parties.
